Tiny little whitish spots on nipples?

Okay.. Im 23, TTC, though I might have been pregnant, Turns out I'm not. ( started Period yesterday :-(  ) Anyways, I was noticing alot of breast changes thinking I might have been pregnant I blamed everything on that. So now that I'm pretty sure that I'm not pregnant, I'm a little concerned about the changes. LIKE the little whitish colored spots on the base of my nipples. Does PMS cause changes like that? Never has before for me... My breasts are so sensitive that I HAVE TO wear a sports bra lately... bummer! I can't even sleep with out a sports bra on! If I'm not pregnant.. when should this pain and spots go away? Any Ideas help! Thank you guys so much!

hey, im 15years old. and i also get these tiny white spots, i have been advised NOT to squeeze them, as this can cause infection. its best to just leave them. horrible ino, but there we go!

i forgot to address the soreness. that is def. pms related and some months it differs. if you are more aware, the more sore they seem to be. also, caffine intake, and salt will do it too.

you said you started your af yesterday, if a regular period i wouldnt think you are pg. is it lighter? different? it is very normal to have your cycle change at times. longer, shorter, more painful, less painful, boobs sore, boobs not sore. see what im getting at? lol yes lots of us women who want to be pg can , and do, take normal af symptoms and relate them to the WHAT IF....... if you find that you are just sure you are, take a test.

Yeah, research "Montgomery glands" and see if these are the little white spots you describe.
