UTI now Kidney Infection?

I have had issues for the last few months with intense pain in my abdominal region. I finally got checked and turns out I had a UTI. Well, I took antibiotics as well as Pyridium and the symptoms went away for a little while... Until the other night... I'd say it was about a week ago and I having intercourse. I immediately had intense pain hat caused me to go into the fetal position and I couldn't move. When I tried to stand, I couldn't sand up straight and the pain lasted for about 20 minutes. It felt like I was in labor. Ever since then, my urine has had an odor... it burns when I pee, I pee myself, have the urge to pee a lot, it itches. What is going on? What does this sound like?

Hi there.  Still sounds like a UTI.  Definitely go back to your doctor.  It either didn't clear or another started if your culture shows the bacteria.  good luck but please see your doctor again.  UTI's are miserable!
