Uncertain what it is

Im a little uncertain what's going on with me, for over a year I've been having a clear discharge, I had my obgyn check it and he was uncertain why, he prescribed me 3 months of flagyl and I was suppose to go back for another pap but couldn't due to some heart issues where I had to get 4 ablations all a few weeks apart. I then forgot to reschedule. Now for 4 months now I've been having severe back pains that me and my drs assumed were from syncope episodes and I've been going for physical therapy to manage then about 7-8 weeks ago I starting having reddish brown discharge along with bright green stool. My period two months ago was normal but this last period was very odd, it came light light for a day then stopped for a few then picked up a little, not as heavy as usual but lasted 8 more days. I'm very concerned, I took two pregnancy test, both were -, I am on a lot of meds; beta blockers, seizure meds, migraine meds, blood pressure pills to increase pressure, sodium tablets, iron, and several other vitamins that I've been taking for 6 yrs. any ideas?

Hello

Thank you for responding to my post. I went in to see my OBGYN and after running some test and seeing multiple drs, as if i already didnt have enough, i was diagnosed with ovarian cancer as well as kidney failure. I guess this is my body telling me it had too much. Thank you again for your help, take care!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The increased discharge could be due to poor personal hygiene, non-infective cervical lesions, uterine prolapse, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, use of contraceptive pills, onset of vaginal infection or sexually transmitted disease etc.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
