Urinary Pressure

Hi everyone,
I have been on 4 rounds of antibiotics.  Initially I was diagnosed with Bacterial Vaginosis.  However, after 4 rounds I still have urinary pressure.  I am scheduled for a CT this week. Does anyone have any comments about these symptoms?  I know ovarian cancer is a possibility...but are there any other applicable conditions?
Thank you so much
