Urinary Tract Infection??? or is it something more serious

On thursday night (29th of Dec) i went out to my usual indian restaurant, got my usual meal and ended up going out for some drinks, and ended up drinking more than a woman should lol
But the next day, i seemed perfectly fine! no hangover! though it was only till the late afternoon when my bladder would never feel empty, even though i had just done a number one! it wouldnt sting, or my wee wasn't cloudy or bloody. It just felt like i had a full bladder all the time. so i went to the doctor and he gave me anti biotics for a Urinary Tract Infection (Alprim).
I have already taken 3 of the pills already..and so far, i cant really feel a difference...at all. I have taken alprim for a urinary tract infection before, and i remember it fixed me so quickly! no, im not pregnant because i had my period 2 weeks ago, amd very regularly before that. do you think it might be something more serious than a urinary tract infection? i changed from 'Yaz' to 'Llevlen ed' a week and a half ago...dont know if that has maybe something to do with it? lol im clearly not a doctor... please help!! :(

your antibotic should be prescribed for a full week so after 7 days wait and see it its still infected or feels better if not seek farther help and if so you expected things to change to quickly

You have to give the antibiotic to work. Three pills does not cure.
