Urine Test due to abdominal pain

can someone tell me what the Urine test means >10,000 but <100,000 col/ml Mixed Gram-positive flora Multiple organism types; clinical significance unclear

This is just a guess, but is sounds like there are various "organisms" in your urine that (perhaps) are not always found in urine, but they can't say whether it is a problem or not, like, they can't say whether that is what is causing your pain. Check with your doctor, though, or call in and ask his nurse.
