Uterine Cramps and spotting?

I have had spotting after sex which comes and goes for the past couple of months. Also after intercourse, I almost always get mild to moderate cramps high up in the uterus on the right side I have an IUD as well as PCOS, and I had chlamydia back in September but it was treated and I have been negative since. This only started happening after I got the IUD (approx a year ago). I went to the doctors a few weeks ago and she didn't fine anything wrong. Any ideas??
