VAGINAL BUMP

please please please please help me.
im 15,last night at new years, i had halfway in sexual intercourse with my best guy friend.
the reason i didnt fully is becuase it came in halfway and it hurt way to much.. it was protected and all.
but now i've been very very very very paronied, and i really really need some help,
becuase every little glitch in my body seems to be a huge paranoia that i have an std. ..(shows how much they scare you in grade nine health)
and now i am FREAKING out becuase i decided to wash out and take a look at my vagina, and i as i was washing it i felt a ball like bump inside my upper lip.
i obviously freaked out and spent thirty minutes searching the internet for what it might be.
and now i went to go wash it again and i noticed that its grown a bit bigger.
i realize i should go to a doctor or something,
but i have a feeling this might be just plain paranoia or something.. but im really really scared.
so can anyone tell me what it might be?

I have this same thing. Except I have been together with the same guy for well over a year and have sex regularly but not always protected which I know is a dumb thing to do. We have both been tested for STDs before we started having sex and I know he has only been with me since the test. But recently I had had sex with him and a day later I noticed these two bumb on my inside vaginal lips which are itchy and painful. I am used to getting yeast infections often so im used to the whole itching thing but the bumbs actually hurt to be touched so it kinda scares me on what it may be. I can't go to the doctor because in order to do that id need to talk to my mother who doesn't actually know I am sexually active. So does anyone have any possible explanation for my symptoms? Could it just be another yeast infection or possibly another form of infection due to friction and irritation? I do shave all the way down there so that could be a factor and since my sexual encounters are usually not lubricated with anything other then whatever is in my body this could be a main cause for irritation. Please let me know any knowledge you guys could possibly have for me!

Dont worry. If you used protection it will all be ok and there is a verrry low chance its an STD.
Do the bumps hurt alot?
where are they located and have you taken a look at them to see what they look like?
