VAGINAL PIMPLE (pimple on inner labia near the opening....)

hi...
m 26 years old....
last week i was wearing tights n then jeans on it...and i did not take bath for like week or more...cox i was very busy...and masturbated and then did not wash it and slep with tht discharge and those smelly cloths...i got up next morning n had two pimples in my vagina...they are on inner labia near the opening...
they are there now for last 5 days ...a little bit itching ....they are pink and nothing is in side the, no puss nothing...when i touch them i feel pain or just uncomfortable feeling same like when we touch a pimple on our face....no opening nothing...
can any one tell what is it...
its not having cauliflower structure and doest feel like herpes coz m not having symotoms like fever, muscle aches, decreased appetite...so please help

it was my 2nd day on antibiotics, i saw the pimple...it has increased a bit...not itchy as before, but i do feel irritation and little bit of pain i had before..especially after urination..
I am scared of having Cancer.....
do you think so...?

Yes, they do not need to send anything to the lab to diagnose yeast infections.

I just came right now from the doctor and she told me its an yeast infection,,,,
so she gave me antibiotics, and then one cream and one tablet which i have to put inside the vagina..and told me to clean the place with cold water...4 times a day...and to eat yougurt ....she said they are like blisters....its nothing in them, they are not filled with puss or water nothing is in there.......hope it helps.....
i 'll never wear tights and never do this again......
today is the first day....lets see how medicie is going to help

It could be a yeast infection, but there is no way we can tell you for sure what is going on. Only your doctor can diagnose the problem and I suggest you see him/her as soon as possible. If it is an infection, you need to get on some antibiotics.

Its itchy when i get up in the morning and when i wash after going to toilet.....
blood is not there,,,and there is no puss or anything in it....
just two red rashes on ineer labia and itchyness.....
i took bath and next morning i felt these pimples..!

I think if you paid some (actually ANY) attention to your personal hygiene, the problem would resolve itself. I find it extremely difficult to believe you were so busy, you were unable to bathe for over a week! And then to masturbate, not wash yourself after that, to sleep in the same clothes.............and you wonder why you are developing pimples on your genitals?
Perhaps this week you could skip the masturbation session and spend that time in a very hot bath..................
