Vaginal Yeast Infection and a lot of causes. Now I'm worried

Hello so I am 18 years old. I had sex penetration on tha anal with my bf. Foreplays happened. In short I was sexually active on that week. I am supposed to get my period but I got delayed so I thought something is wrong. Then weeks passed I was diagnosed with UTI. I had chills and fever. I also had pain at my lower back and lower abdomen. The doctor recommended that I should take a week of antibiotics, co-amoxiclav and omeprazole. During my diagnosis with uti, my period came last Thursday and on Saturday, I started to notice itchy bumps around my buttocks near the perineal area. The bumps are red and really itchy so the next morning I checked my vagina and notice a clumpy white discharge that is odorless. I looked up to google and searched. The result lead to Vaginal yeast infection. Some says that it is because of my menstruation cycle and the antibiotics due to my uti but it is also a symptom of hiv/aids. Now I have HIV anxiety because I am feeling tired and there's pain at my back, which is I believe just because of my UTI. I am planning for a check up. I need help if some of you have experienced this.

I had my cbc test.

Wbc 10.9
Platelet Count 173
Segmenters 0.82
Lymphocytes 0.12

Urine test
Pus cells 201
Bacteria 417
Epith. Cells 24
Hyaline cells 17
Rbc 7

This is not a symptom of HIV.  At all.  You may want to get an STD check up for things like herpes if you had sores/blisters by your anus and vaginal area after sex.  However, a yeast infection is absolutely common after taking antibiotics.  And it can cause irritation.  So, I'd go get it swabbed if you still have the sores and talk to them about the yeast infection.  But HIV is not involved here based just on those symptoms.  Having unprotected intercourse IS a risk for HIV though so if this was a stranger to you and you've never been tested, it's time to test.  good luck

I had a check up with my gynecologist and asked me if my bf had symptoms of abnormal discharge. She advised me not to do oral sex because it was unhygienic and we've got millions of bacteria down there. She checked me up and told me I have no yeast inside my vagina and it was clear but there were some outside. She gave me an antifungal medicine but I should take only 1 capsule. Will it be really effective to get rid of this yeast infection because I am supposed to take it in February 19 like hell it's too long. The longer the medication, the longer the itchiness.

The white spots on my throat are said to be a tonsillitis and there my hiv anxiety again, It bugged me so much when I saw over the internet that the white spots could lead to hiv/aids. I really want clarifications aside from my doctor's next appointment on the 19th.

Thank you
