I have recently been started on Vagifem and in the last 3 days have had copiou amounts of greenish watery vaginal discharge. Should I be concerned it is very annoying.

This is not typical with use of Vagifem.  It sounds more like a vaginal infection, possibly a bacterial one. You need to see a GYN and probably have a smear of the discharge examined under a microscope, so that it can be determined exactly what's going on, and if it is an infection, what medication it would likely to best respond to.

Best wishes...

I would say that if there is green discharge, you want to go to the doctor.  Green discharge is almost always indicative of a bacterial infection.  Vagifem should increase your discharge or make you more wet, but shouldn't change the color.  It is not normal to have green discharge as a result of using Vagifem.
