Vaginal discomfort/ bleeding while not on period

I have had 3 pelvic exams that reported everything was normal with my cervix/ std test + a pelvic ultra sound (internal and external) and still no answers :(

Symptoms:
•Bleeding - spotting sometimes heavily in between periods. Usually occurs during/ after sex but recently has happened after even 2-3 days of not having sex.
•General vaginal discomfort. Hard to describe feeling almost a pressure that feels like a UTI but is not a UTI.
•right now I have the pain while I am on my period but want to say it happens at other stages of my cycle as well
•the pain gets in the way of life and I am so sick of it
• I have recently started having cystic breasts that go away on period.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Why not ask your doctor to order you an abdominal MRI? They're the gold standard for finding out what is wrong in the uterus, if anything is.

Thank you.
Also, if you have had three doctors who are unconcerned that you are bleeding between periods, you've had three pretty indifferent doctors. At least you deserve a diagnosis. (Fibroid? Asherman's? Prolapse?) Something is going on, or you wouldn't be bleeding mid-cycle.

Sorry, pain and exercising. Typing too fast.

I have been reading into prolapse... I had my daughter 6 years ago and issues started one year ago. Don’t know if that might be it. Not sure what looks “normal” and I’ve also had exams by 3 doctors, I don’t know if they would have detected that.

Your last post is a little cryptic, did you mean you noticed you had no pain (not paid) when something happened? But what is meant by when not exceeding?

Also, noticed that had no paid while I was not exceeding. Pain began after exceeding. Unsure if related.
