Very late period

Today has marked the 9th day of having no period, I have taken multiple tests and all have came out negative.. Been nauseous and dizzy throughout the day. My question is, when should I see a doctor about this? My periods are pretty regular, sometimes 1-2 days late but never this late. Also most of the tests I have taken haven't been the morning pee, could that be why it's negative. When I go to the doctor should I request a blood test just to be sure I'm not pregnant? Going to take my last test in the morning which would mark day 10 and see what it says.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks (:
