Very painful intercourse

I was diagnosed with endrometriosis when I was 13. Since then I have had 4 surgeries. Last year I was diagnosed with Ovarian Polycystic Syndrome. Well, I have recently gotten married and have intercourse more often. Well, now I cannot have it all. It is so painful. I've tried different types of lubrication but it just feels like something metal is ripping my insides out. I try to intercourse anyway to keep my husband satisfied. Everytime I have intercourse I bleed just like I'm having a period and the pain is almost unbareable. The pain is a horrible burning feeling I cramp a lot after I have sex. I do not have insurance since I have gotten married. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you can't find a doctor willing to work with you as far as payments are concerned, look into your local health department or Planned Parenthood. They both offer low-cost (and sometimes free) medical care.

Do you have a regular family doc?  You do know that even if you don't have insurance, many docs will work out a payment plan with you, and some docs are even nice enough to write some of it off.  You shouldn't not go to the doc in fear of the payment because if you pick a good doc they will work with you.

well, its kind of like the deal if you have a baby, you can't or shouldn't have sex before your first check up.  my husband and i didn't wait though, and it felt horrible.  very sore and almost like it was needles scratching up and down.  that is why docs say wait.

im wondering.... with alot of work having been done in there if that can cause painful sex?.. im kinda having problems too.. just had a miscarriage on labor day, i was actually 3 days shy of my 12 weeks, but i find out i have been carrying for 2 weeks a non heartbeat fetus, at 7
1/2 weeks it was fine, anyway, ...i have different things hurting while im getting "excited" and while having sex?
my fiance' has a piercing and we tried with and without, but stuff still hurts, different things, outside and inside, and he has a tongue peirce too and tonight IT even hurt..
so again i wonder, work being done inside makes things change?
