Very worried

Im 27 years old and have had hormones issues since I was 17 years old. I have been on HRT off and on since my teen years. I have been off of the therapy for 6 years. But my recent periods have been showing up every 2-3 weeks. This last one was different though. The blood was actually purple and it smelled like a dead animal. There is no way that I could be pregnant. Should I be worried about this? I have been running a fever and I have pain in the center of my lower abdomen just above the pubic bone.

The purple blood was throughout the period. I have very low levels of estrogen and progesterone.  The doctors I've seen before thought that I may hit menopause early because I have night sweats and hot flashes everyday. I'm worried because my mom had a 45 lb inter uterine tumor and her mom died of ovarian cancer. I don't want to have to worry so much that I could be next. I've had 6 miscarriages in the past. I have no children nor do I want any.

Really horrible smells can be a sign of a bacterial infection. The fever and pain could be other symptoms of the same. I suggest you see a dr asap so this can be cleared up.

I think you should get it checked, the fould odor indicates an infection

I guess the purple blood means you are spotting. Spotting is actually tinted discharge, it usually has the colour of old blood, brown.

Maybe it's all hormones related but I suspect it's an infection.

Get it checked as soon as possible and drink TONS of water to help your system!
