Was I pregnant?

I was over a week late on my period, and then yesterday I started.
But today I passed this bloody tissue, it was blue and whitish, with streaks of blood in it, and was odd shaped, but about the size of a plum or peach.
Was that a miscarrage?  I have heard of women having a miscarrage without even knowing they were pregnant?

Also I have been having these horrible lower adominal pains the last few weeks, I saw my PCP, and she said it was from a umbilical heria I got when I was pregnant in the passed.

Any info would be great, thanks

i have the same thing too about three months ago, i was almost a month late from my period and have pregnant symptoms too, so yeah i wasnt pregnant, sometimes you have those feelings and in the end it was all from stress or thinking too much about it.

I think that if you were pregnant and only late by a week and then miscarried, the size of the sac is ery very small, that's why most women don't know thye were pregnant. the size of a plum is not until you are a bit further along
