Weird Symptoms that mimic pregnancy but still getting periods and Neg preg test results

I'm 20, female about 155lbs, never been preg, had a pelvic exam a couple weeks ago

Ok so this all started 3 months ago. It is November fourth now and my first abnormal period was on Sep 8th (a wed). It was four days early and i was only spotting, i had lost weight overnight and looked sickly. I was still out doing stuff but by Fri around midnight i started to bleed Heavily and was doubled over with cramps. by morning i looked more normal like i had gained my weight back. i still looked sick but i felt sick. I figured i had a miscarriage.
So i really didn't think anything of it but a few weeks later i started noticing i wasn't sleeping very well, i get 8 hrs but it felt like 2, i was having vivid dreams and napping every day. i was also waking up in the middle of the night to urinate which was odd for me. i started having heartburn for the first time in my life. and was feeling extremely nauseous which caused me to sleep even more during the day and dizzy a lot, i literally couldn't do anything, i went to work, came home and crawled in bed.
The next month in October i started spotting on the 5th a Tuesday, and again by Fri a real period came. I was taking preggo tests one after another. but all where neg. on top of everything else i was also having lower abdominal pain. i don't remember when it started exactly but when it first started it was a minor issue, Basically felt like i was on my period 24/7. but it wasn't that bad just annoying and made me scared i was gonna start my period out of nowhere. they have gotten a little more sever, it underlines my belly to make a u shape. its a dull achy pain. i'm feeling less tired and the nausea it pretty much gone. sometimes i get it when I'm more achy and it makes me feel sick to my stomach.
i put on some weight but i also started to think i might be preg even tho the tests where neg so i started to make sure i was eating regularly. and this week i started to have sore breasts, the first day i couldn't even touch them and they itch. my breasts haven't hurt since puberty and i'm 20. also his week i noticed i have patches of skin on my belly that are a little darker then the rest of my skin and they are getting a little darker every day.. but my stomach never sees light except when im changing.
i went to the emergency room a few weeks ago bcuz im constantly in pain and sleeping and just wanted to find out what it was, plus i don't have insurance. The doc thought i was preg and gave me a pee test that came out neg. gave me a pelvic exam that came out normal and then said idk and left.. so he was a bad doc that really didn't care to find out what it was. Also i was extremely bloated when i was having all the other symptoms and now im scared that its possibly ovarian cancer or something serious..  i have sharp pains when i walk for a day or two then it goes away then ill have sharp pains when i move too fast. its ridiculous. i have an appointment at a clinic on the 17th but i wanted to see if anyone has gone through this?.. im just tired of being tired and in pain..
Thank you in advance! i appreciate you just taking the time to read all this!

Wow. I have no idea what it could be, I'm sorry, but I think you should see a gynecologist. They might have a better idea of what's going on, and it should be easier for you to press them to FIND OUT what's going on, instead of throwing their hands up and saying they don't know. If the ER doc didn't know, he should have referred you.

[Are you going to see a gyn at the clinic? Or a regular doctor?]
