I just got Wendy's because im hungry and nauseous and now that I'm eating the nauseous is getting worse and I'm having some cramps
You could be getting sick. Usually if I'm already nauseated, I'm going to get more nauseated if I eat anything but saltine crackers, which are something suggested to help with nausea.
