What could be going on?

I have been having intermittent groin pain for some time now. Mostly it's my upper thighs under my buttocks other times just general groin pain. It's a deep pain feeling. Been to ob/gyn and my PD multiple times now, have been screened for all stds, negative. Pelvic exam fine. Urine and blood fine. Had transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound, slight thickening of endometrium likely due to my period coming. Positive for yeast, been on high dose of meds for this. Brown blood at the end of my periods for 2 months now. Sometimes have to push to urinate completely/ am often going back to the bathroom 20 minutes later. What worries me is the groin pain. Any ideas what is going on!? Thanks

The pelvic ultrasound I had would have detected that. It was regular and a transvaginal. They said ovaries and everything was normal. Thanks though. Going back to the doctor soon.  Hopefully something will be do

Have you ever had an ultrasound to see if there are any cysts? Brown blood is old blood and can be related to cysts.

I'm 25. It all started over 5 months ago but the pain in thighs and buttocks has been about 3 months. It occasionally hurts to have sex.

How old are you? Did this just start in the last two months? Did you ever have pain before that? Does it hurt to have sex?
