What could red itchy bump on and around my vaginal area be?

I have had red itchy bump on and around my vaginal area for a while now. They are really freaking me out. Some times they look like pimples and have like a little white dot in the middle of the red bump. I am not sexually active right now but i do shave down there. I'm not sure if it is just for shaving or if i have some strange disease. If you have any ideas about what it could be could you also list any ways i could cure/fix/or make them go away. Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These small pimples are due to irritated hair follicles. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
