What counts as first day of period
Usually I have Brown discharge for a couple of days at the beginning of my period and then I bleed. What is the first day of my period-when the Brown discharge appears or the first day I bleed?
I had a little Brown discharge for a couple of days and a little blood when I wiped a few days later. My period is nearly a week late but I've had a little cramping in my lower abdomen.
The brown discharge as it's blood that's simply sat up there a little longer than the red blood you're probably talking about. Brown blood can happen at any part of your period.
