What is coming out of my belly button?

Okay so a few weeks ago i was casually scratching my stomach when i poked into my belly button and something small hard and white came out. Honestly to me i would say it looked like a tomato seed but a bit smaller and it had little hairs attached to it also my belly button had a bad smell to it. Today though again i decided to poke into my belly button and the same small white hard clump with little hairs fell out. Nothing hurt before or after it fell out but when i poked in there with a cotton swab clear bad smelling liquid was there with little spots of red. I'm a 19 year old living on her own and have no way to get to a doctor is this some kind of animal or infection i need to worry about please help?

Yeast can grow there.  You may be eating an unbalanced diet with too much sugar.  You can treat this with an antifungal cream such as Lotrimin.  It doesn't matter if it says it's for athlete's foot or jock itch - it's all the same cream.

Yeast may be starting in other areas too.  You want to fix your diet and get rid of sugar and eat vegetables.
