What is this HUGE terrifying lump near my crotch??

I noticed one morning that I felt a lump on my inner thigh, right on the bikini line. You couldn't really see it, but you could feel it, and it hurt when I touched it. A few days later, I can't move my leg without awful pain throughout the side of my vagina where the lump is, and the lump is now the size of a big walnut and a magenta color. There's a tiny white dot that makes it seem squeezable, but I don't think that's the best idea... I've hear people say it might be an ingrown hair, but is that possible if you don't shave? What the hell is this???

It may be a boil..hot compresses help enormously...and once it opens or u have it open it releases the pressure and sometimes  antibiotics  are needed. If it doesnt go away call your doctor, i know from experience. It could turn into cellulitis or something worse. Good luck..hope u feel better

It's either an ingrown hair or a growth which is pretty much a big pimple

Waxing still causes ingrown hair.. especially of your hair is exceptionally curly.. I had similar lump and read that washing with warm water (no soap) helps to open up the pores and blockage. I gave it a shot, patting area with cotton pad and thought it'd take a few washes but it took only the first wash when immediately pus (and blood) was released without my having to squeeze the area. It took a couple more days/washes before the lump really reduced in size, however.
