What is this?

I have been having a vaginal itching for about a week. It does not hurt when i pee and i have very little discharge. When i do have a discharge it is white. I am also having pain in the ovary area on my left side, somtimes it is higher. my nipples have been a little sore. the doctor has to give me pills to start my period because i don't have one on my own but i do still ovulate. I thought i was pregnant this time. I took a preg test about 2 days ago which would have been 2 weeks after conception but it came back neg. nipples are still sore and still have a small pain in ovaries(2 weeks now). I thought maybe i had a yeast infection because of the vaginal itching so i bought a 3 day monistat. after 2 days of using it the itching is getting a little better but now my discharge when the medicine comes out is a little yellow in color. is this normal? I also have 2 or 3 small bumps near the opening of my vagina. I don't know what this is. Could i be pregnant and have an infection? or could i have a yeast infection? or could it be something completely different? I can not get into the doctor till next week. Someone please help me. I have also only had one sexual partner for the past year. he just got back from iraq and the last time we had sex 3 weeks ago was his first night back from overseas.

Just to add on to what I just said I also have been having some discharge I think...but i thought it was just normal. Also my family doesnt have any history of having AIDS or HIV or anything and Im a virgin so I dont know how this could have been caused.
But I have used tampons and found them un comfortable and it has caused pain in the past could that have been the cause of it all or had everything just naturally happened?

About 6 months ago my docter said that I have a cyst and I got and ulter sound and they said that it didnt seem that big but that was over 3 months ago and since then i have still have really really bad lower abdonminal pains.. also I feel like Im freezing all the time ... This pain only occures during my menstrual cycle, is there anything I can do to get ride of the pain other then pain killers. Also my docter says I should jsut wait it out and so do my parents they just want to start me on birth control. If I have surgery to remove it will I not beable to have kids?
Also I was just fooling around wit my boyfriend and i think i might of torn some of the skin on the outside of my vagina by my clit .. i think it may be bleeding but im at the end of my menstrual cycle and still in pain due to my syst problem do u think this could cause any seriouse problems or does it just need time to heal like any other cut?

Usually if discharge is yellow in color it could indicate trichomonas.  This is transmitted sexually but can also be picked up off of fomites such as toliet seats.
