What is wrong with me?

Hi. It has been about 87 days since my last period. I had it Nov 18 2017 and now it's Feb 12 2018 still with nothing.
My ex boyfriend and I had unprotected sex Dec 8 2017 but he didn't ejaculate inside of me. It was more of a quickie and some reason I wasn't as turned on so I didn't have much natural lubrication. My periods used to be regular (28-30 days) but recently they have been irregular usually around 45-48 days for about 3 months. I do not use any form of contraception also.
Now it has been that long but I don't have any drastic pregnancy changes and tested for pregnancy on January 5, 2018. It came out negative. Lately I've been having bowel problems & bleeding when pooping with blood clots. I also can't stand for too long & feel super tired easily even though I get enough rest. I do admit I have been stressed out these past couple of months as I have just broken up with my ex. But right now I am happy and not stressed at all? Other than that I don't feel any of the pregnancy symptoms. Please help.

Hm, it is hard to say.  My guess is that your thyroid is working slowly.  But that is just a guess.  Blood work at the doctor could determine that easily for you.  It will also check your hormone levels and you can see if things are out of balance also contributing to this really long cycle.  I had something similar in my 20's for about a year and a half.  I got my period every 3 to 4 months.  I had a combination of hypothyroidism and too much estrogen production contributing.  A doctor can help you sort this out and that's where I'd head next.  Good luck and please come back and let me know what happens, okay?
