What is wrong with my vagina?

For a couple of days now my vagina has had this constant feeling of arousal and burning near clitoris. I’m a virgin and have no experience in any of this and I’m scared there’s something wrong. I googled and all sorts of scary things came up like cancer. This feeling happened out of nowhere and I have no insurance to go to doctor. Please anyone know what this could be it’s horrible

Oh, it's more than highly unlikely you have cancer, hon.  You may have a yeast overgrowth that isn't producing the hallmark signs yet but your vaginal area and genitals are irritated.  It happens.  Are there clinics were you live?  That can be a cheaper option to get care.  In the states, we have Planned Parenthood that sees young women no matter their income and makes it very affordable as fees are on a sliding scale.  That's your best option.  (try some ibuprofen which reduces inflammation (swelling) and an ice pack briefly. good luck
