Whats wrong with me???!!

I am a recent graduate who moved back home to family. since ive been home i have had a reoccuring problem that happens monthly. First it starts with swelling of my inner labia then redness, soreness and a burning feeling follows. Later comes a creamy white unpleasant discharge. This time its worse than ever. Everything is so swollen to the point where the opening of my urethra is swollen and there appears to be no opening to my vagina. When i urinate it burns like hades and hurts when i wipe myself. please help, i dont know what im doing wrong. i changed to a milder soap, i eat more yogurt, and i wash my underwear in baking soda. but its not helping!! any suggestions and opinions are more than welcomed!

You could have infections. You need to call your doctor. You might need antibotics.

are you sexually active? regardless, this needs immediate medical attention. Have you ever had a Urinary Tract Infection? Cranberry juice helps the burning. Regardless...See your dr.

What about a yeast infection? If this is the first time you've had one, see a gyn.
