When I poop I bleed a lot

When ever I go to the bathroom (ie poop) I bleed a lot, it happens all the time. its kind of a mixture of dark and bright red. I also get really bad pains in my stomach all the time, I told my mom and she said its probably nothing, so we never told my doctor, but that was almost a year ago, what could it be?

I would tell your doctor.  You could just have a hemorrhoid, but bleeding from the rectum can also signify greater issues.  Also mention the stomach pain.
