White thick vaginal discharge and itchy “bug bite” bump beside clitoris

Ive been itchy down there for a few months started by Feb and now is June... it is actually come and go. Months ago, I self diagnosed it as yeast infection after a thorough googling with symptoms like cottage cheese, redness, swelling, extreme itchiness, pinprick like itchiness, and rashes and most importantly it started after a course of antibiotics.

Being in a country that doesnt sell OTC vaginal fungal medications, i opt to treat it with home remedies like yogurt, probiotics and alot of garlic, orally and topically. They actually go away go quick right after the gome remedy like topical garlic treatment and stuff but then it comes back in aweek after and start to itch again. Every time i have my period, the itchiness also goes away aswell.

I just had my period and it went away and thought its permanently cured, but now its back again. I currently noticed that the itchiness actually are right just in the clitoris area and the outer part beside the clitoris (in the outer labia just belot my pubes, where my labia starts) and i had also notice slight harder bumps both opposite to each other in left labia and right labia. It doesnt hurt, but it itches it also resembles a hive bump, its not red not like a pimple bump or not like a sore. I had it and thought they were just contact allergies with sanitary pads (which i stopped using and shifted to tampons cos they do not cause itching). I do not have the redness and swelling but i still have the white cottage cheese like dishcharge which has no odor. It feels like pin pricks and tingles in my clitoris area aswell like theres crawling sensation. My vulva gets dry that i get cuts above my clitoris. Recently i feel abit of discomfort in my belly, with painscale of 2/10. It doesnt hurts but i know its there.

My symptoms are back and im back at stressing. I need help and my appoinment is still in a few days im so worried can some one help me.

I have allergic rhinitis and get itchy nose with dust or some certain pollen which sometimes make me difficult to breath like some asthma attack (though i am not diagnosed). Some unknown pollen i am allergy with that ther was a point where i get alot of hives in my body and get my eyes swollen itchy and tingly even inside my eyes. My white parts gets swollen and looks like jelly. My dad has diabetes so i possibly can inherit it. I also have only one sexual partner.

Hi, I know you said you only had one sex partner but have you both previously been checked for sti’s screen? It could possibly be a nasty case of thrush or other bacteria infection which aren’t always sexually transmitted. I’ve had bv once and also thrush on and off since I got high risk hpv. Have you had a Pap smear? I requested the hpv test but I’m under 30 and it came back hpv high risk positive. I only have one sex partner but since I was assulted last year I made sure to get all the tested done, it’s so worrying. All the best, if possible you should get some tests done at a sexual health clinic or medical Center for a proper diagnosis And treatment
