Why are there Weird crumbs coming from vaginal area?

So a quick backstory on my sexual history: I'm a Virgin, I've had oral sex only two times with my boyfriend (who has not done that with anyone before either) and I've had Precum in my labia/vaginal area. I had my period about 7 days after that so I didn't get pregnant. That happened about a month ago. About 2 weeks ago I was masterbating (oops guilty) and noticed that on my toy that it had brownish yellowish crumbs (I did not penetrate anything). A couple days ago my boyfriend was fingering/rubbing me down there and I noticed a brownish crumb on his finger. Today I noticed that on my panties there were weird whitish yellowish crumb looking things and some fluid (yellowish white) what could this be? I really hope it is not a disease. Should I tell my parents? I'm 16
