Why do I bleed when I masturbate

I have always been masturbating the same, but recently, I’ve been heavily bleeding immediately after I’m done. I often don’t climax when I masturbate, and I’ll bleed the same no matter what. It’s always very heavy, and immediate. The blood is also always very dark and sticky. I’m a virgin as well. I also have always had problems with my menstruation, with very irregular painful periods, so I’ve been on birth control (depo shot) since I was a teen to help. What is the problem? Could it be a tumor or fibroid? It’s rather distressing because there’s always a ton of blood and I bleed for about a half hour after.

If your technique involves putting something up your vagina, you might be striking the end of your cervix, and causing it to bleed. Can you masturbate just reaching the clitoris from the outside without anything in your vagina? You might see if you bleed then.
