I have Genital ulcers but I’m a Virgin!

I am a twenty year old female and for over a year I’ve been having random outbreaks of these ulcer like blisters on my vaginal flaps. They’re very painful, have a white center and a red rim and they keep reoccurring in the same two spots. They ooze sometimes and it’s very hard to move with them on my body. I used to get them months apart but it has slowly progressed to happening much more often. My last outbreak ended the first week of July and is now back (last week of July). However I am a virgin!! I have not had oral or anal sex nor has anyone touched me in that area besides myself and doctors. I don’t know what it can be. I went to the OBGYN and she’s trying to figure it out but I’m extremely worried that it’s some kind of HIV or STD. I need some reassurance before I see her again in two weeks

So ulcers in your mouth are not cold sores or herpes simplex one.  Herpes simplex one is on the outside of your lip.  If you were prone to getting them, you'd probably know.  Let us know if your doctor comes up with anything it might be!

Well, HIV is not in any way a threat to you or would it present like that. HIV is a sexually transmitted disease for the most part and much harder to get than people realize.  Unless you are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or you are an IV drug user and share needles, you do not have to worry about HIV.  As far as an STD, that is also very unlikely if you are not sexually active.  Do you have Herpes simplex 1?  (cold sores on mouth)?
