Menstral bleeding for two weeks

Hi! I'm a 22 year old female and haven't had a period since November (always had irregular periods, plus it was a stressful time so I didn't think much of it). I recently had a period exactly two weeks ago but I haven't stopped bleeding. It's very light flow but hasn't really let up.There's no way I could be pregnant. Is there something I can do at home to remedy this? Any idea what this could be off the top of your head?
