I have an odor and pain re my belly button.  Do I need to see my doctor or does this happens from time to time with other women?  What's the probable cause?

I agree with Blu.  My neighbor actually had to have a surgery on her navel, so do take it seriously enough to see your doc.

Have u tried cleaning ur belly button with cotton and  mild salt lukewarm water? Because sometimes water gets in there and it makes the belly button really smelly but if u think its more than a normal smell then u shuld c ur doctor and i dont know if u hv pierce it too.good luck
