Would Midol, or any other cramping medication help with braxton hicks?

I've been having some serious braxton hicks, and sometimes the pain is unbearable, would any type of medication for cramps help with this?

Try drinking a lot of water, and laying on your left side. This would usually help for me. If they are coming consistantly, call the doctor. I thought I was just having regular braxton hicks, and they got to be pretty regular, and they ended up changing my cervix, and I spent the remainder of my second pregnancy on procardia. Take care!

Check out safefetus.com  Im not sure if Midol is on there.  Also check with your Dr before taking any medication while pregnant.

I had those when I was pregnant. They are a pain. I never took anything. I would lay on my left side with the top leg bent and the other straight. It helped me. Hope it helps you.

I'm almost 24 weeks. And I've tried tylenol, even for headaches and no relief.
