Ongoing vaginal pain/discharge for over eight years?

I am not sexually active first of all but way back when it all first started I was tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea which of course came back negative.  I had never had any problems at all before this all started and I only had heard of yeast infections so I thought I had which I didn't having gone to two appointments (with a terrible dr. at that.)

My symptoms are semi consistent with a clear gel like discharge with no odour that can last for a week or more and I'll have itchiness, burning/painful feeling and cramping, lower back ache sometime achy hips. I went to a gyno and was given medication for BV I took it for two weeks with no results at all my symptoms stayed. I have always experiences a deep stabbing pain since my problems started on my left side by my vaginal opening (which sometimes feels swollen as well) it come and goes sometimes it seems to spread and I'll have a off on numbing sensation that doesn't last long on the whole outer area. When I'm not having the clear gel like discharge I'll get just a regular liquid discharge I'll have to wear a panty liner and my whole lower abdomen will feel swollen and crampy but in a different way and I will again experience sharp pain on the left side burning and itchiness.

Recently I went to the Dr because of it and because I had a large bump were the hair is that actually was three they weren't red of irritated looking but hard painful lumps and I didn't know what was going on initially I thought an ingrown hair but idk I still wanted a dr opinion because I was having discharge with the the pain really bad. I had not a had a pap in four years (I was done with pelvic exam for a while) I did ask if I could do a pap then but the clinic was busy and was told I needed to schedule a physical for that. The dr did an visual exam and swab strangely enough when she went to insert the (the thing that put in your vagina for paps forgot what there called) it was extremely painful and ended up just inserting the swabs without. The test was neg for BV and the dr didn't know what was wrong my urine came back fine.  Asking about the bumps she didn't know and was like "herpes is I can think of" but since I'm not sexually active at all she was stumped. She prescribed me an antibacterial ointment for them as they were painful. I read that herpes were huge sores that became crusty so I never had that but the hard bumps the slowly shrank away. Later on the internet I found out a blood test could confirm but the dr never even suggested it I don't know why she would suggest herpes then not test that just bothered me. Testing gives a firm negative which is why I did the other sti test years ago to get it out of the way with a firm no for the dr. My symptoms are continuous every month sometime not that bad but lately really bad.

I was given a referral after the visit to have an ultra sound of my uterus as well as a previous dr had said it felt like I had a pocket on one side that wasn't suppose to be there but everything was fine I did not do the internal one though it was too painful.

It seems to have gotten worse though this month alone right now I feel feverish with all the other symptoms and and i keep getting weird phantom pain on the entire left side also were hair is of sharp stabbing pain but nothing is there. I also have a weird thing where sometimes I can feel echo's on the bottom of my foot so I have been feeling this pinch numbing tingle on the bottom foot pad so I think it nerves as well.

Any helpful suggestion as to what it could be would be great that I can look it up and ask the dr. about at my next follow up appointment.
