Yellow/Green Vaginal Discharge - No Odorf Kp

My boyfriend and I have been off/on for probably about 10 years.  Last year we broke up a lot and while we were separated he had been with other women.

We recently got back together on 2-5-18.  On 2-13-18, while shopping, I began to feel discharge coming out of me.  I’m supposed to be starting my period soon, so I figured I was probably beginning sooner than I thought and assumed it was just normal spotting before my period officially began.  I wear pantyliners everyday, so I wasn’t worried about staining my clothes.

As I continue shopping, I’m feeling more and more “spotting/discharge” coming out of my vagina.  I become concerned, thinking that I should put on a tampon because I didn’t think the pantyliner was going to work anymore.  I go to the restroom expecting to see period blood - instead I see light yellowish/light greenish discharge. The texture was thin-liquid like and I remember seeing small liquid bubbles - not a lot of bubbles, but some.  There was no odor.  No itching.  No pain.  No irritation.  It was simply the color/texture change that was completely different than what is normal for me.

I immediately start to freak out and panic!  I left the store and called my OB/GYN.  I have an appointment scheduled with her next week.

I am 39 years old and have NEVER had any vaginal issues.  I have never had a yeast infection or any vagina bacterial infections in all my 39 years.

My boyfriend has admitted that he slept with a woman in June/July last year and another woman in Sept/Oct last year.  We were broken up during those months.

Because I couldn’t wait until next week, i decided to go to Planned Parenthood.  They saw me 2 days ago and performed a vaginal check up and took blood.  The dr also swabbed me and looked under a microscope to determine if I had a yeast infection, vaginitis, and any other bacterial infection.  The results came back negative.  She also looked for Trich under the mircoscope and that came back negative.

She told me she would send the rest of the swabs to the lab to test for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.  Also, my blood work will be tested for Syphilis.  I did screen for HIV and pregnancy while there and they both came back negative.

In your opinion, based on my symptoms and scenario, is it likely the STD results will come back positive?

I forgot to mention that the abnormal discharge only occurred for about an hour.  Since 2-13-18, I have only experienced very little of my normal discharge.

So, being that the symptom only occurred on that day and for only an hour....I really don’t know what to think.

Thank you so much for reading and I appreciate any feedback to ease my mind.
