a lot of unwanted vaginal discharge.

ok i feel like if im a very clean person. i shower everyday and when using the bathroom i always wipe and wash my hands.   the one thing i don't get though is that i have a lot of unwanted vaginal discharge.  sometimes it gets really thick and creamy and sometimes it kinda looks like cottage cheese.  from a force of habit i barely ever use the bathroom to go urinate.  i always hold in my pee, so i thought that maybe that's why i have all this unwanted discharge.   but even when i did use it regularly i still had it thick and creamy or cottage cheese like.  and sometimes it had a sour smell or a fishy smell.  and its embarrassing cause my boyfriend always asks me what it is and what not and i always have to tell him what i "thin" it is.  to add to this question when me and my boyfriend have sex white stuff always comes out of my vagina when he is going in and out of me.  my boyfriend sez its just my vagina juices just getting thick from all the movement from sex like how they used to make butter.  but thats something els i would like to know what it is if someone could help

I have the same problem. Doctor gave me a pelvic exam. Tested for STDs and yeast infection. Everything was negative. So she labeled it as hormonal discharge.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Going by your symptoms, it looks like bacterial vaginosis to me. It is the most common cause of abnormal vaginal odor and discharge. In addition to unpleasant "fishy" vaginal odor, thin white or yellowish discharge from vagina may also be present. Diagnosis can be confirmed after pelvic examination and microscopic examination of the vaginal discharge. Treatment is by metronidazole and clindamycin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
