Yes, the female vagina heals very quickly...as opposed to the male vagina, which doesn't heal quickly at all. Hahaha...  ;)

If you have a bacterial infection, vagisil could make it worse. Our vaginas are happy when the natural yeast and bacteria are in balance. They compete with each other and when they are even everything is good. It's when one or the other starts winning you get problems (bacteria or yeast infections). Treating one sometimes goes overboard and makes it so the OTHER starts to win! So try to stick with soap and water unless things get really bad, and if things don't improve after a few days, I suggest you go see a doctor to see if you need antibiotics.

The female vagina heals very quickly, so you should not worry about the cut. You should keep it clean with mild soap and water and throughly wash the soap away. With the smell sometimes when guys have dirty hands and they mess around down there they can cause bacteria infections or yeast might be the problem. Just make an appt with the ob/gyn and it should be cleared up if it is an infection with some antibiotics, cream or suppository. No worries.

I would think that vagisil shouldn't be used on a cut. Just leave it be and only clean it with mild soap and water. Give it a little bit and if you notice it getting worse then the only thing I can think of is that there is a type of infection. Stay away from sex or even touching it to let it heal. It shouldn't take long.
