I had a hystertectomy 3weeks ago and when I stand or move I am having severe lower abdominal pain.  Should I use a cold or warm compress or nothing at all.

I've been having abdominal pain since i was a kid and my doctor just said it was stress, you mean pressure like it hurts when you sit? cause i have that sometimes not all the time just every once in a while and i have no idea why either, but um about your abdominal pain have you gone to your doctor? cause my doctor gave me some anti biotics and that seemed to help for a while. I only took them for about a month maybe longer, I still get that pain in my abdomin it feels like knifes stabbing you or like someone squeezing your insides. I'm sorry i cant help you more. I need answers myself too.
