aches in right ovary? reaction to birth control pills?

so for the past 6 months i've been on levora, a birth control. the past couple of months i've been having aches on my right side, i'm pretty sure it's my ovary (and no i do not think it's ovulatin, those aches last only a day). these aches are on and off the whole month.i had my withdrawal bleed about 2 and a half weeks ago so i doubt i'm pregnant. i'm very good at taking the pill as well.  i've been with my. boyfriend for 5 months and have only had sex with him these last couple of months. what could this be???? i'm seeing my doc on the 14th i would just like to get some idea of what's going on.

Could be a cyst, that is the most likely cause. Not dangerous at all in most cases, and your doctor will be able to acertain the best way of dealing with it.
But the pain of appendicitis is also located in the same general area, and there are more serious conditions that could cause the pain as well, so waiting for your doctor's verdict is the best course of action.
Don't worry too much, though. Unless the pain becomes acute, it's not urgent. If it does, I'd strongly suggest going to the ER.
