breast pain
hi, i was resting in bed earlier, and i turned very quickly that i had a sharp burning pain in my back, i massaged it quickly and it moved towards my breastbone. i now have pain in the middle of my chest to the other side of my breast. it is sort of a tight feeling but painful when i press on it.
have i just pulled a muscle or is it cause for concern?
