breasts are tender

So my fiance and I have been trying to conceive and for the past 3 weeks I have been taking prenatal vitamins. I noticed that my breasts are becoming tender and hurts when been touched so I had taken a pregnancy test which came out negative. I now have started my menstrual and my breasts have never been effected by having my period until now.

If you have been drinking more caffeine than usual, that can sure do it.

Breast tenderness is really common with hormonal changes.  And you may just be more aware of it right now because you want to be pregnant.  Give it time.  it takes the average couple a full year to conceive.  good luck
