broken vaginal skin/itching/discoloration/heavy discharge

vaginal discoloration/itching/broken skin,
Hi,I have several symptoms of irritation around my vaginal area.
First off, I have intense discharge once a month, I know that is normal, but it's really intense discharge. It doesn't have a funny smell, but it does have cottage cheese like consistency. It goes away after about 3 days though.
For the past month I've been experiencing severe itching around my rectum. More on the outside than the inside though. This lead to an itch of my vaginal area. Then I found a cut between the anus and the vagina, presumably from itching, but possibly not?
Additionally (and most worrying of all) I noticed parts of my vulva, specifically the lips, have gone very white in a color.
I'm terrified of doctors, please tell me what this may be

in regards to the question you asked , have you ever been checked for diabetes? because im actually going through the same problem except i have had this going on for the last year and a half and all doctors have told me the same thing...... i still find it hard to belive that  they cant help i have always been giving meds on top of meds it helps the itching for maybe 2-3 days or no longer than a week and it comes right back  im actually considering trying to locate a specialist because this situation really can make your life miserable.... especially when you are married with a husband that has a high sex drive such as mine..... 1 suggestion though is that u buckle down and go to your doctor cause you never no where it could be coming from...if yo do find out though please post a comment maybe they might tell you something my docs havent told me.....

Have you thought this may be a yest infection there doesnt have to be an odor but there is over the counter medications for a yeast infection, if you are to afraid of doctors I would try this medicine and see if it helps, its a cream that you inject into your vagina once a night for 5-7 nights, and they sell it at almost every grocery store.
