bump on my vagina

I have this bump on my vagina.. well its not on the inside or by the lips it's on the top..like where the hair grows. I shave so i dont know if its an ingrown hair or what but its been there for a while and today i poked it with a thumbtack and greenish yellow puss came out. I dont think i have an STD because i've been tested and my boyfriend too and we are both negative. I just want to know what it is. If someone knows please tell me.

I am not sure they are the same, i however have had these for years & you are right, it's not STD.
I also shave, not near as much as i did. Mine actually look like a zit & they grow larger with time, and i have found although, really painful, that if i squeeze them for several days in a row & the stuff inside comes out of them, they disappear, for a while at least... Hope this help.
