bump on upper inner thigh

I have had this problem for a year now and can't figure out what it is.  I am currently without health insurance and can not afford to go to the doctor (my insurance kicks in in Nov).
It started with a lump between the opening of the vag and leg (almost right where my underwear sits).  I thought it was an ingrown hair at first as I have had those in the past.
The lump was painful to the touch and seemed to feel as if it was full of fluid but it was not directly under the skin, seemed more "internal" if that makes sense.  If it would have been closer to the skin then I would have tried to puncture and drain it.
After about 2 months, the lump seemed to move about 1 1/2" down my inner thigh.  There is seemed to come closer to the skin at that point I was able to puncture and drain it (it would start as puss and end in lots of blood).  The spot on my inner thigh now looks like kind of a small worm and has 2 holes in in that are almost always open and seeping something, mosly a whitish/clear fluid.
What I can't understand and am becoming fairly concerned about is that this keeps happening.  I will get the lump in the original spot, then it will move down to the spot on my leg and eventually drain out.  Sometimes i have to squeeze it to get it out (very painful).
Lately I have been feeling very fatigued adn nauseas.  I have never heard of a problem like this and I don't know what to do anymore.  Has this ever happened to anyone else??

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such kind of bump can be a sebaceous cyst. Generally no treatment is required for sebaceous cysts but if they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hello Heather41668,

As soon as your insurance kicks in in November, I would advise very
strongly that you have this looked at by your family doctor. I also wouldn't
try to squeeze the lump. Perhaps the whitish/clear liquid that is coming
out is puss which would indicate an infection. Good luck to you. Eve
