bumps on labia

i have noticed small flesh colored bumps on the lower part of my inner labia near the vaginal opening that are itchy when i urinate and whipe. they come and go sometimes they are small and sometimes they are a little larger. they dont look like warts or herpes but i am very concerned thats what it is. please if you know anything about this i could use the help. i am a little to embarrassed to go see a doctor because i have never had a doctor look down there and am to uncomfortable. i really wish i could have some sort of an answer before i go

You do need to see a doctor. If you are sexually active you need to see a gyn at least once a year anyway.
