bumps on vagina

I hope i dont gross anybody out...but i have a question.  the other day while i was getting a shower i noticed two small bumps on the inside of my vaginal lips....i finished my shower and thought nothing of them...now one of the two bumps is getting bigger and there is pain with it now. I also have itching in between my legs like i have chafing (sp?) Do you think this could be because of the heat? Sweat build up maybe? Has anybody had this problem before? i should let you know that i just had a gynecologist appointment and i was tested negative for STD's. also i haven't had a period in 6 months and she put me on birth control pills. She informed me because i haven't had a period for that long when i finally got it, it would last for almost 2 weeks. (i got my period could this be another reason) I hope i don't confuse anybody but if someone could help me, Please Do So!!  it would be greatly appreciated!!!

i had two ingrown hairs before.. and they last for about 6 or 7 months. although mine were painless and i just kindof ignored them, they did bother me at first. this could be what you mean? and also ive had the itchyness(sp?) from shaving... when the hair grows back in it is very irritating.

I know how you feel. I've ran Cross Country and Track since the 7th grade. One day at a track meet I felt a weird bump on my vulva. The bump would go away and come back and allways had me scared. I thought it was large pimples or HPV. Im a senior and finally got the courage to say something from stressing. I found out that it was only sweat bumps! Im so relieved and now have nothing to worry about. I know how you feel.....

my cousin had something like that. a lot of the times depending on where it was .. was from shaving. But when she was checked out they doctor said it was from sweating to much and she always wore a lot of clothing.
