does it itch? is there alot of them? are they the size of flea bites or mosquito bites? and do they have a white head like a zit, or are they just red?  if they are just little red bumps, (ingrown hairs), they should go away..you might even be able to see the hair growing under the skin causing the bump.. i usually just use tweezers and yank it up.. haha..  it could have been caused by using a bad razor.. just lay off the shaving for a little bit.. try not to irritate it either..

what kinds of bumps? if you shave in the nether regions it can leave the hair folicals infected which then causes dark purplish bumps (it happened to me) or as wyldkat said it could be ingrown hairs or if you're "messing around" with a boy it could be something worse. go to an ob and have them check it out.

Hi! question: have you been fooling around with a boy but not actually having sex? cause this can still mean you can catch an std. Also could they be ingrown hairs? or are oyu due for your period? If you are concerned go and see a doctor. Don't be embarassed about it as we all go through these sorts of issues at somestage in our lives.
Good luck.
