I had a tubaligation 3 years ago on the 15th of December, due to health related issues that might be detrimental to me, my child or both, if I decided on having a baby. My doctor told me that i would be immediately able to have sex, but reccommended that I wait for 6wks before doing so. He also says that its a 2% in a 1000 chances of becoming pregnant. So the chances are very slim. However, it can still occur. Best of luck.
My aunt got pregnant 3 years after she got her tubes tied. They went to "fix" her tubes after and discovered that there was no possible way she could have got pregnant. (Oddly enough, her twin brother was talking to a psychic because he wasnt dealing with the loss of their mother and sister that year. The psychic told him to tell his twin sister she has a present on the way from her mother and sister. She found out shortly after that she was pregnant. Creepy eh?)
